Head of Marketing
A successful educational publisher is looking for a talented Head of Marketing to develop the strategic marketing plans for the diverse product portfolio including magazines, books, and events. This role is based in their East Sussex offices and has line management responsibility.
Key duties:

Develop the strategic plans for key portfolios and actively work to increase brand presence
-
Develop and implement plans to improve subscriptions and circulation and other sales
-
Oversee direct marketing for all products, including acquisition and retention campaigns
-
Stakeholder relationship management for key authors

Work as part of the Senior Management Team

Line manage three Marketing Executives
Experience / skills required:
-
Digital marketing/content marketing/social media skills are essential for this role

You will have experience of staff management
-
A proven track record of successful campaign planning and co-ordination is required

You will ideally have a sound understanding of marketing in an educational publishing environment
-
Strong commercial acumen is essential in this role
-
You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
