Head of Digital Marketing
Hodder & Stoughton is looking for a talented and creative Head of Digital Marketing to join its innovative marketing team.
Hodder & Stoughton is an award-winning publisher within Hachette UK, one of the UK’s biggest publishing groups. Working across the full range of Hodder’s publishing, from top-level author brands such as Jodi Picoult, John Grisham, David Mitchell and Deliciously Ella to building word-of-mouth bestsellers, this is a senior role within the marketing department.
Demonstrable creative ability and impactful campaign experience is vital in this role, as is commercial awareness, specifically of the book publishing market. Working directly on the marketing strategy and campaigns for key brands, you will be a team player and independent decision-maker.
You should be digitally savvy, and be a self-motivated and highly organised individual who is keen to apply their creativity and expertise to our outstanding list of books.
A strong leader and inspirational manager, you will have proven experience of both people management and budget management, and an ability to motivate themselves and their team to deliver quality work to deadline in an efficient, organised manner.
You will also have proven experience in organizing large-scale events.
