Production Manager
Hodder Education, the award-winning provider of learning resources for schools and colleges around the world, is recruiting a skilled and experienced Production Manager to run its busy production department.
You will lead a team of eight as well as dealing with pre-press and print suppliers worldwide. You’ll bring to the role a good understanding of typesetting, repro and digital print, as well as ePub and other digital products.
With significant experience as a Production Manager in book publishing, including the management of a team, you’ll demonstrate a proven track record of mono and colour book production. Essential attributes include a good eye for detail, excellent teamwork, a ‘can-do’ attitude and financial numeracy. Familiarity with Biblio 3, SAP and a DAM is desirable but not essential.
