Production Administrator/Assistant to the Group Business Operations Director

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills to become a key member of our busy production department. This is an ideal job for someone wanting to demonstrate those skills, their ability to liaise at director level and to provide support for the Group Business Operations Director.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including an excellent understanding of Excel. They should be highly organised, quick to learn, numerate and able to multitask and communicate clearly. An eye for detail, teamwork skills and a ‘can do’ attitude are all essential.

This varied and challenging role will require you to regularly rely on your initiative and ability to problem solve. You will also be responsible for maintaining systems and data and for producing business critical reports.

Candidates will be educated to at least GCSE Level.
