Account Executive (12 Month FTC)

Are you looking for a career in academic publishing? Our client, a leading academic publisher based in Central London, has an exciting position to fill on a 12 month fixed-term basis. They are looking for an Accounts Executive to support the after-sales service of the journals library sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:
·Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
·Liaising with support teams to enable online access to products, and ensuring that invoices are raised and delivered to customers within agreed KPIs
·Monitoring licensing inbox to ensure all sales licenses are signed and filed correctly
·Managing department workflow using SalesForce
·Monitoring wholesalers inbox for orders from aggregators and managing the ordering process
·Attending monthly regional meetings
·Responding to customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
·Facilitating online trials of products and following up upon completion
·Supporting sales team with admin tasks
·Liaising with finance department as well as circulation & online support departments to diagnose and solve customer issues as well as ensuring revenue is reconciled each month
·Identifying business development opportunities
