Customer Services Administrator

A great opportunity join a world leading publisher in Oxfordshire. Based in the customer service team you will be supporting a team of busy subscription agents ensuring the delivery of a high level of service. The ideal candidate will have strong admin skills and a passion for giving excellent customer service.

 

Key duties:

  • Support and manage agents accounts and internal departments to resolve queries, ensue orders are processed and online access is available customers
  • Resolving escalated queries and ensure payment and order processing meets expectations
  • Ensure all relevant information is passed onto agents via Newsletter, meetings and webpages
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and service

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience in a Customer Services role as well as proven admin experience
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Organised with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Team player good relationship building and communication skills
