Account Manager
An international media and content solutions company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to sell their range of services to K-12 publishers in the UK. You will develop relationships with senior publishing professionals, devise solutions to meet their needs and send the briefs to colleagues overseas. This role is home-based and will require regular travel in London and the South East of England. Full-time working is preferred but part-time will also be considered.
Key duties:

Represent and sell the company’s full range of services to K-12 publishers

Develop and build relationships with senior editorial and production publishing professionals

Provide consultative solutions and devise briefs to meet the client’s needs

Send briefs to colleagues overseas and project manage their completion

Source freelance editors in the UK as and when required

Develop marketing strategies for key accounts
Experience / skills required:
-
Experience in K-12 publishing, ideally both print and digital
-
Understanding of the full publishing process

A good network of contacts within the industry

A consultative sales approach

Excellent project management skills

Ability to work effectively in an international environment
