Assessment & Programme Design Lead

We have three exciting new opportunities for an Assessment Design Lead and two Programme Design Leads to join a leading global education and assessment organisation on an initial one year fixed-term contract (with potential to extend). These are remote roles and offer an excellent salary and benefits package.

As the Assessment Design Lead and Programme Design Lead your main remit will be to lay the foundation to promote sustained programme-wide innovation in assessment and programme design. You will spend one year laying the foundation and creating the conditions for change necessary to deliver bold, holistic, and thoughtful innovation, aligned to the company's vision to assess a broader range of capabilities, support meaningful learning and promote student well-being. This requires further defining the work and collaboratively creating a concrete plan of action that builds upon existing work. This role is for one year initially but could become a longer-term position based on how the plan evolves. Collaboration in this role is critical and you will work together with Programme Design and Assessment counterparts and engage closely with colleagues across divisions - thought partnering, sharing innovative ideas back and forth, and leveraging related work already underway, for example through innovation groups and curriculum development processes. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop a vision for the work
• Create an implementation plan
• Lead a collaborative process

The ideal Assessment Design Lead and Programme Design Leads will have excellent project and/or change management capabilities, and ideally have solid experience with system-level assessment / programme design within complex and diverse educational contexts (for example, with national or local educational agencies or school systems, in educational research, in EdTech, with examining bodies, with educational policy or standards bodies). You will also have demonstrated thought leadership in assessment / programme design and possess a proven track-record of planning and implementing complex change efforts preferably in an educational context - this would be highly valuable.
