Assistant Marketing Executive/Manager

 

Passionate about cycling? Do you dream of scaling Everest? Does a hiking holiday sound sheer bliss? An award-winning special interest publisher based in the North-West needs someone like you to join their marketing team. This role would suit either an experienced marketer, or someone taking the first steps in their career.

Key duties:

  • Design and implement print and digital marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director
  • Organise book launches, reviews, and features
  • Assist in the ongoing website development, including SEO
  • Create copy for promotional materials, website and blog

Experience / skills required:

  • A genuine passion for the great outdoors is essential for this role
  • A proven interest in a career in marketing is essential
  • Prior experience in marketing in a publishing role is preferred
  • Strong creative writing skills and the ability to communicate are essential
  • You must be creative and have excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of social media is highly preferred
