Brand & Franchise Team Assistant

Are you an enthusiastic PA/Team Assistant hoping to bring your great energy to a friendly team?

An exciting trade agency and business management company based in Central London is looking to appoint a highly organised Assistant to join their collaborative and fast-paced team and provide assistance and support to the Brand & Franchise Director. This is a pivotal position providing support to the team, as well as feedback and guidance with product submissions.

Responsibilities:

·Manage the Director and team's diary, including planning and scheduling of meetings
·Manage travel and entertainment bookings such as flights, visas, hotels & restaurant bookings
·Process expense reports
·Assist the company's administrative team as required
·Create and circulate meeting agendas
·Liaise closely with PAs and other team assistants across the company group
·Any other ad hoc support that is required
·Work with the Product Development team to provide timely feedback on product submissions

This position will involve extensive diary management and proven assistant experience is required. The ideal applicant will be able to multi-task, experienced with using the Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis and be able to manage diary and schedule changes at short notice. They will have a calm, positive and efficient approach to their work and be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
