Client Integration Supervisor

A leading company providing distribution services to the publishing industry is looking for a Client Integration Supervisor. This role is based in their Buckinghamshire offices, and will require some local and international travel.

Key duties:

  • Oversee the integration and on-boarding of new clients
  • Liaise regularly with key clients to ensure schedules are met
  • Provide project management and operational support to both internal players, and external international stakeholders
  • Manage the continuous improvement of the operational systems, process, and policies
  • Line manage members of the Client Services department
  • Provide technical leadership, and training

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven experience in distribution/sales operations role in publishing
  • Project management experience within the publishing industry is highly desired
  • You will be familiar with publishing processes
  • You will have experience managing and leading complex integration projects
  • ONIX and HTML knowledge is required
  • A PRINCE2 qualification is highly desirable
