Working for this prestigious publishing company you will assist with list management to create current and future titles and help to set-up third-party opportunities. Be part of the dynamic team that keeps books in line with the editorial, creative and house style. To be aware of new authors. Oversee junior members of the editorial team. Help to liaise and manage 3rd party contributors, including packagers, illustrators, authors and other freelance agents. To have an understanding of formats, age-ranges and subject matters, strong people management and interpersonal skills and excellent understanding of editorial processes.
