Commissioning Editor, Primary

We have a brilliant opportunity for a creative and commercial Commissioning Editor to work on cutting-edge Primary resources for a world leading Educational publisher, based in the heart of London!  In this role, you will oversee the commissioning of print and digital products to meet current teaching and learning needs. You will visit schools to ensure products are curriculum-focused and will commission new content with confidence. You must be able to plan and project manage a busy workload and bring innovative new ideas to meet a strategic vision for the Primary market.

Key must-have skills:

•             Commissioning experience

•             Educational publishing experience

•             Experience managing authors & freelancers

•             Print & digital project management
