Community Manager

A leading educational services provider based in central London is looking for a Community Manager. This is a great opportunity to manage the company’s relationship with higher educational establishments.  

 

Key duties:

  • Manage the relationship with educational establishments, promoting use and engagement
  • Contribute to platform development ensuring high quality consistent service to users
  • Manage support side aspect of site, creating FAQs and engaging support content
  • Act as first point of contact for establishments, coordinating and running demonstrations and support sessions
  • Draft, schedule and manage communications
  • Monitor, analyse and respond to feedback and statistics
  • Implement brand and develop content strategies
  • Engage and develop online community

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience of managing online communities, and/or social media accounts within publishing/education industry
  • Proven digital experience in a customer facing or digital marketing role
  • Able to create and manage customer communication processes, including content, structure and frequency
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Drupal and/or HTML or other CMS experience is desirable
  • An independent and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work well under minimum supervision
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally within a communications or digital discipline
