Content Creation Manager – ELT. A global leader in educational publishing is now seeking to appoint a Content Creation Manager to join its ELT division. Based in the South East, its offices are a commutable distance from London.
Working closely with an in-house project team, the Content Creation Manager will lead and manage the content creation across a given brand/portfolio. You will be principally responsible for championing new workflows and tools for the continuous improvement of content creation, and managing the writing and development of content, which includes contracting and providing training for content writers and editors. Reviewing the work of content creators, scheduling and budgeting form a major part of this role, and the successful applicant must establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
This position would someone who has substantial editorial and management experience within ELT publishing, or an experienced teacher. All candidates should hold a degree in languages/linguistics or a qualification in teaching English as a second/foreign language. You must possess sound business acumen and excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability in managing and supporting teams of people; ideally you will have previously managed both in-house and freelance/external editors and writers.
