Content Director
Our client, a leading Global Educational Publisher, is now looking for a Content Director for the ELT Primary & Young Learners division based on the border of Hertfordshire and Essex.
We are looking for a really driven, ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who is going to bring ideas, innovation and most importantly subject expertise to the table. The role will be to Direct the creation and delivery of all ELT Content for Young Learners from the age of 3 to 12 years of age. The range of products they have are incredible and don’t just sit in traditional print products. They have some really amazing and inspiring online products and have also built very successful online games for some of this content. This has resulted in Global Super Brands licensing this content for their own use which is an area that will continue to grow.
We are looking for someone with an existing knowledge of educating the Primary and Young Learners market but with a passion for all things digital who will find this fast paced, ambitious and driven environment inline with their thinking and output.
You will be part of the Senior Management team and seen a “Thought Leader” within the business. You must bring sound strategic experience for short, mid and long term planning. You will be working with large project teams in a matrix structure so exposure to an environment such as this would also be useful. Communication is key for success and with this being a global facing role you must be able to also demonstrate successful relationship building skills across many different cultures and functions.
