Content Editor

Our client, a well-respected scientific/medical press, based in central London, is looking for a talented and experienced candidate to fill the important role of Content Editor within their team.

In this role, you will be project managing print as well as electronic products as well as researching for new editions in order to support the commissioning process. You will be in regular communication with internal and external stakeholders including other editors, contributors and authors. You may also need to begin the commissioning process for new titles including contract negotiations and business proposals. 

For this role we are looking for someone with proven experience in an STM or Academic editorial role. You will have experience in commissioning as well as list management for titles. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are also essential for this role.
