CREATIVE CO-ORDINATOR 

Reports to ASSOCIATE LICENSING MANAGER 

The Creative Co-ordinator publishing will work closely with the Associate Licensing Manager on the development and approval of global publishing programs for all HIT brands.  The role is based at the HIT head-office in central London and will report directly into the Associate Licensing Manager. This role requires the juggling of many different brands across different product categories in different territories.  Need to be able to prioritise and manage your time well.  There are quite a few new systems to work with and negotiate – HAL (which is possibly going to be upgraded).  HIT/Mattel undergoing a great deal of change during the integration process so need to adapt to new people and new structures.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Oversee the development and approval of books, magazines, magazine covermounts and partworks, for HIT Global Brands. 
  • Work with internal creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of assets to our partners.
  • Liaise with licensees on a day-to-day basis to ensure that publishing is consistent with HIT brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with the territory publishing teams based around the globe to answer any asset related questions they may have.
  • Assist Associate Licensing Manager in sharing best-practice around the globe

  • Sound editorial skills
  •  strong grammar and spelling
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good eye for book and magazine layout.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized
  • Competent with In-design, adobe, excel and powerpoint

 

 

 

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • 0-2 Years
  • BA/BS (4-Year College/University Degree)
