Customer Support Executive, Educational Publisher, Hampshire

Our client, a leading provider of educational products is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support their Global Sales team to maximise the sales for their digital educational products libraries.

Your role would involve:

• Administrative duties
• Handling incoming customer queries and liaise with sales team
• Update and enter data into databases
• Create monthly reports
• Process orders

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in an office environment, with solid administration skills and fantastic customer service skills. You will be enthusiastic, proactive and a solid team-player with an enthusiasm for education and academia. Ideally, you will also have a European language but this is not essential.
