Digital Campaign Executive, STM, London

Our client is a market-leading STM and academic publisher based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Digital Campaign Executive to manage the implementation of digital marketing/advertising campaigns for the commercial and marketing teams.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and diverse publishing company, where key tasks include communication with sales reps, clients, marketing and design to obtain information for campaigns and ensuring content is relevant and of a high quality through reviews and quality assurance testing. They will work closely with email marketing and with the proofing of newsletters, along with managing email schedules and organising adherence to these. They will monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and ensure that the progress is communicated to relevant parties. Additionally, they will act as a point of contact for all internal queries and provide technical support when need.

 

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with demonstrable experience of using advertising server systems such as DFP and email marketing systems, such as Mailchimp. They will have good knowledge of HTML, Flash and Javascript and be highly detail oriented. Any experience of working in a client-facing role would be a huge advantage for this role and the right candidate will be technologically savvy and will have a customer focus. They will be a strong relationship-builder, excellent problem solvers and self-motivation and efficiency are key for this role.
