Our client is searching for an adaptable and organised Digital Editor to manage the design content and production of online content and digital journals. Based out of a London office, this position will provide an excellent opportunity to further a digital and professional career in publishing.

The key day-to-day responsibilities for this position include but are not restricted to:

• Producing, commissioning and editing digital content; including pages, podcasts, videos, features and journal articles.
• Managing the editorial and production processes for a range of digital journals.
• Ensuring all content complies with editorial guidelines and policy.
• Managing the content strategy to ensure maximum visibility in both online and offline formats.

In order to be successful in this position, the following criteria are desired:

• Proven successful experience in a digital publishing environment; preferably with journals.
• Experience of preparing high quality written material.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects for all audiences.
• A strong understanding of marketing and digital tools.
• Education to degree level or equivalent. A medical degree may be beneficial but is not essential.
