We have a really exciting new role for a proactive digital marketing professional!

Our client gathers crucial medical information and research directly from practitioners across the globe. This research is used to inform best practise and ultimately makes a massive difference to the future or medicine and patient health. Our client is now recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to help the research team increase the number of medical professionals contributing to the research.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering, and measuring, effective, engaging marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on reporting. Working in close partnership with the primary research team you will be accountable for making recommendations on existing and new campaigns to recruit new contributors whilst nurturing existing contributors to increase retention.

This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced environment, and is able to adjust tactics to deliver required results. Your focus will be on the ownership of marketing services targeted at contributors, but will also play a key role in marketing activities across the business, targeting internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning paid for campaigns across all social media channels
  • Create and present analytic reports to demonstrate ROI
  • Create a house style and templates to automate successful campaigns
  • Be the subject matter expert in a marketing team new to automation and strategic campaigns. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own, designing something powerful from the ground up, with the opportunity to support the delivery of significant revenue growth in 2021.
  • Understand the market research industry, the competitive landscape, and industry forces, and where our clients contributors can stand out from the crowd.

What we need to see from you?

  • Social media planning experience, including with paid advertising
  • Strong experience of campaign reporting and analytic s, confident in using data to inform future strategies
  • An analytic, results-oriented thinker with the ability to be flexible in their approaches
  • Team player
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C health care environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with an eye for detail
