Digital Marketing Manager, B2B

Our client is a leading provider of Professional Development courses and events for Lawyers. We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the strategy and implementation of all marketing campaigns for training and events to drive revenue and attendance of the portfolio of events and online courses across England, Scotland and Wales.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the senior leadership team to build the marketing strategy for their training courses and events in addition to membership marketing. Planning and analysis will be a key part of this role and you will be required to undertake extensive market research and analyse customer data to determine trends, which will feed back into the marketing strategy. This role will have responsibility for leading the team of Marketing Executives to ensure marketing campaigns are implemented efficiently and you will manage budgets across all digital, print and event marketing activity.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience of marketing B2B training and events within a professional environment as well as experience in managing a team of marketers. You will have excellent planning and reporting skills as well as a working knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation. With excellent communication skills you will be confident working collaboratively with Product Owners and internal and external stakeholders and have strong relationship building skills. Educated to degree level or equivalent you will be highly organised with good attention to detail.

This is a terrific opportunity for someone looking for autonomy and creativity in a marketing role. You will need to be results driven, digitally savvy and hugely commercially aware. If you are IDM or CIM qualified and have a knowledge of the legal market this could also be an advantage.
