A new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative senior publishing professional to work in our ELT division.  You will be responsible for delivering across four keys areas of focus: strategy, digital conceptualisation, transformation and the business development of our Schools, Exams and Adult ELT lists.

 

In this exciting role you will be defining the digital strategy and driving cultural change and transformation across the organisation equipping the ELT division for digital innovation. You will be reporting into the Global Publishing Director and working with the Digital Product Board.

 

The successful candidate will have several years in a senior management position in ELT / educational publishing, with a strong focus on digital. You will have broad experience of publishing course books and of leading teams. You must be able to demonstrate strategic vision, exceptional digital knowledge and the ability to motivate and connect with and lead global teams. Commercial awareness is essential. Knowledge of key ELT markets is desirable.
