Editor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Editor to join a leading professional publisher based in London. You will manage a range of products, including the administration of online publishing platforms.

 

Key duties:

  • Manage the delivery for a range of multi-channel products and outputs
  • Prioritise projects to meet commercial or reputational opportunities
  • Carry out post-conversion editorial work for content used within digital products
  • Liaise closely with the Product Management team, internal teams and other organisations
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Proactively manage and engage with authors, service providers and customers

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous editorial experience of working with content preparation for multi-channel publication
  • Experience of maintaining digital content delivery systems
  • Proven copyediting and editorial skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate a wide range of tasks, deadlines and priorities
