Editorial Performance Manager

Our client is looking for an Editorial Performance Manager to join its Open Access Journals team within one of the world’s biggest Academic Book & Journals publisher based in Central London.  The company is divided into three main divisions and this role sits within the Open Research group.

This is a highly important role for the efficient running of the editorial team. You will head up the editorial support team. You will be responsible for monitoring the pipeline of manuscripts in review and makes data-driven decision on allocation of resources. Working closely with the Publisher, you will be responsible for delivering performance targets including turnaround times and author satisfaction. You will also lead on projects to ensure a best in class author experience.  

Experience in editorial management, peer review, and setting performance targets are a must for this role.  In return you will be leading a team of excellent editorial staff within a cutting edge publisher with the latest technology for their high impact journals and prestigious authors globally.
