Our client; an excelling scientific communicator is looking to recruit an Editorial Project Manager to join their expanding and dynamic team. This fantastic position involves editing and managing the entire process for a number of scientific journals, including digital elements.

The key responsibilities of the Editorial Project Manager role include:

• Managing allocated journals, including planning, commissioning content, developing copy and reviewing materials.
• Developing annual plans for journals, ensuring there is sufficient content for a high quality publication.
• Developing a personal understanding of medical communications and the healthcare industry.
• Communicating effectively in order to develop a wide network of contacts and grow visibility of the company.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and track multiple projects.
• Ability to be a team player, strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Successful previous editorial experience, including a strong eye for detail.
• Education to degree level or equivalent; preferably in a scientific subject.
