Education Sales Rep – Staffordshire

Are you are a proactive and self-motivated sales person with a background in educational sales or teaching?  Our client, a leading educational publisher, is looking for a home-based Sales Representative for the Staffordshire area to sell directly into secondary schools during term time.

Key duties:

• Targeted visiting of teachers, Heads of Department, subject co-ordinators and LEA Advisors to secure new Adoptions of titles in schools and education establishments
• Manage and grow sales, achieving targets for designated sales territory
• Develop and maintain existing relationships with schools
• Attend training days and conferences when necessary

Experience / skills required:

• Excellent sales skills, ideally within UK education
• Teachers with some sales experience will be considered
• Sales professionals with some education experience will also be considered
• Experience selling digital products
• First class communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Results-driven and ability to motivate team members
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
