Inspired Selection is a successful, independent publishing recruitment consultancy. We started in 1999 with offices in Oxford and London. We specialise in placing candidates within publishing companies across Trade fiction, non-fiction and children’s books, Scientific Journals, Academic and educational publishing as well as introducing and placing candidates with publishing skill sets into companies with publishing  skill set needs across any sector, for example charities, not for profits, financial, legal, technology companies across the UK.  Our client base is broad and candidate base niche.

We launched our Temps desk in early 2016 and have built up solid desk which shows huge potential in growth. Following this success we are now looking to hire an experienced recruiter to work on this part of the business and continue to grow and build on this with the view to running it.

We are looking for recruiters who with in-depth knowledge of temporary recruitment and ideally people management, though we will look at someone who is looking to take that next step up in their career. You will be focussed, organised, strategic, persistent and driven by goals and results.
