Field Sales Executive

A leading international educational and academic publisher is looking to appoint a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of their products across Germany and Switzerland. You will be selling established products in your territory. 

Key duties:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for print and electronic products
  • Maximize sales and revenue by identifying customer needs and offering solutions
  • Create detailed sales reports
  • Target academic and public libraries throughout the territory
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows as required

Experience / skills required:

  • Field sales experience, ideally within academic or educational publishing
  • Consultative selling approach 
  • Customer focused attitude 
  • Excellent organisation and presentation skills 
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the territory
  • Fluency in English and German
