Finance Manager

Following an exciting period of growth, the business is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of the accounting function, to develop and improve processes and systems, and to manage the office and facilities administration.

Your role will be to support the Managing Director with financial accounts preparation, to manage all transactional accounting, to administer payroll, VAT calculations and royalty payments.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be communicating regularly with the Senior Management team, HMRC and external providers. A hands-on and flexible approach will be needed as you will need to meet the demands of a busy and varied office environment.

The role includes:

• Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance
• Administering monthly payroll
• VAT returns
• Royalty payments
• Assisting with monthly management accounts
• Projects around systems and process improvements
