Group Rights Director (Childrens)

Successful international childrens publisher seek an experienced Group Foreign Rights Director to lead their sales team across broad international rights sectors.

If you have excellent publishing rights sales management experience that includes children’s foreign rights or coeditions, then this could the right senior sales management role for you. 

You’ll need to have drive, lots of enthusiasm and be able to create a strong sales strategy, manage and juggle budgets, forecast and you must be highly organised. For this role you need good international industry contacts and be credible with the main distributors, publishers and agents.

The publisher would also consider successful rights candidates who have perhaps managed a small team but have the potential for greater responibilty, but have not had the right opportunity in a senior management rights role, as well as hearing from established senior management candidates who are ready for their next role.
