Freelance E-Learning Training Specialist (Pre and Post Sales)
A global education company based in Berkshire are looking for an E-Learning technology specialist to provide pre and post sales training and support to help higher education customers use the company’s increasing portfolio of digital resources and platforms. This role will require you to have a car and agreed mileage expenses will be paid. Some home working also included. This role is offered on a freelance basis, starting immediately with the possibility of going permanent.
Key duties:

Training and product implementation support for internal (sales/marketing/ops) teams and customers

Maintain effective relationships with IT administrators and digital education/implementation teams
-
Maintaining up to date knowledge of systems, policies and procedures on campus

Collaborate with other Specialists within EMEA and other regions to identify opportunities for improving business processes and effectiveness around digital Implementation workshops

Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams, to identify potential customers within and without the EMEA region
-
Compile competitive information and customer feedback on digital products and platforms

Provide regular measurable indicators of customer experience/satisfaction and product feedback
Experience / skills required:
-
Digital product training experience in the Education/Training market sector essential
-
Direct digital training experience in Higher Education highly desirable

Demonstrable understanding of CBT use and implementation in Education essential

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other instructional technology essential, with Blackboard and Moodle highly desirable

Strong presentation experience to large and diverse audiences

Ability to form effective customer relationships and collaborativerelationships with team members

Excellent project management skills

Excellent problem solving skills and adaptability to change

Commercial awareness and ability to respond quickly to opportunities
