About the role

 

As a handbook production editor you will support the FCA in delivering their objectives by facilitating the rules and guidance-making processes. You will be expected to manage the handbook schedules, edit and proof read new publications, manage internal and external stakeholder whilst proactively capturing intelligence on forthcoming handbook changes.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Editorial and Digital team to join as an associate. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced production editor to utilize their skill set whilst developing with an ever growing and changing business. The team is responsible for the FCA’s legislative and other provisions made under powers given to them by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

 

About you

 

You are a confident self-starter with boundless enthusiasm, technically excellent and comfortable with web based technology. You will have proven experience in copy editing and proof readying and ideally come from a publishing environment. Experience in a project management role would be a benefit.

 

You have exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills and will be able to interact confidently and credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
