As Head of Learning Content, based in Exeter, you will play a pivotal role in the future roadmap of this rapidly growing business, and be responsible for an ambitious and driven team of Maths specialists. Your main responsibilities as the Head of Learning Content include:

• Ensuring that high quality mathematical content is delivered in line with strategic plans
• Keep up to date with research in educational practice, content tools and customer needs
• Develop and mentor others within the team, as well as act as a key link across departments/teams internally (working closely with the product, technology and data science teams)
• Raise the profile of the content and products e.g. by speaking at external conferences, building rapport with school leaders/teachers, etc.

The ideal Head of Learning Content will have strong team leadership skills, a strategic focus, and be customer-focused. You'll be excited and motivated by the potential of educational technology to benefit both students and teachers, and have a solid understanding of Maths teaching/learning. Experience running a business or team/department in a technical, product based environment will be key, as will the ability to translate customer needs into operational educational products.
