This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading, London-based Educational publisher looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales Operations.
As Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for implementing and managing processes in support of all Sales regions and in support of the Production team re pricing and stock as well as liaising with the Finance team for forecasting information.
The Head of Sales Operations will review and set global pricing strategy; manage the annual price review process; agree the strategy for stockholding and will track international stock proceedings, facilitating the movement of stock and approval of international minimums. You will attend meetings and feedback to the business as required, ensuring open communication between all relevant parties. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate familiarity with stock and distribution processes and will have strong line management experience.
Educated to degree level or equivalent with an excellent knowledge and understanding of implementing and improving operational processes, you will have substantial experience gained within a company with international reach. You will be able to handle large volumes of data and will be able to display excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint are essential and first class commercial awareness is key for this role too.
