Inside Sales Representative - Library Sales | London | A leading global academic publisher, based in London, are looking to appoint an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will drive new leads and opportunities for the Field Sales team to follow up. Assisting with demonstrations where needed and providing market feedback from customers will also be important.
Responsibilities include:
·To agree prospect lists with line Manager and contact by phone or email
·Assist with online and some field based demos of the product
·Having an understanding of needs based and collaborative sales skills
·Assist Librarians with any data analysis needed
·To record relevant market feedback
·To provide a monthly report of work done and results
·To attend, and contribute to twice yearly Library Sales Meetings

Results oriented, you will need to be a proactive and excellent communicator with first class organisational and prioritisation skills.

Previous inside sales experience will be important and experience of Online or Library sales is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in publishing, librarianship or bookselling will also be considered.
