Institutional Engagment Administrator
Have you got experience in Account/ Product Development and looking for a challenging role at a leading global publishing house in Central London? Our client is looking for someone to join their Institutional Operations team as an Institutional Engagment Administrator. This team focuses on managing existing institutional accounts in order to drive revenue and aid in the development of new and existing products for institutions.
In this role you will:
- Respond to queries , providing support and customer service
- Establishing processes for society memberships
- Prepare accurate analyses reports for institutions
- Support the institutional Operations Manager
- Work closely with Marketing on institutional marketing campaigns
The successful candidate will have demonstrable Account Management experience with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be a confident communicator and be able to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You will have good attention to detail and adept at using Excel to create reports.
Fluency in an additional language would be desirable.
