International Sales Administrator

The Quarto Publishing Group UK is the leading global illustrated book publisher and distribution group. It is comprise of Jacqui Small, Frances Lincoln, Aurum and Wide Eyed Editions.  Quarto has about 400 talented people in four distinct but complementary businesses – Quarto International Co-editions Group; Quarto Publishing Group USA; Quarto Publishing Group UK and Books & Gifts Direct, Australia & NZ.

The role of International Sales Administrator will support the International Sales Team, and work closely with our distribution partners across the world, in particular the USA & Australia.

This position is a great next step for someone with really strong administrative experience in a publishing environment. In this role, you will be really focussed on liaising with key customers and publishers on forward publishing schedules, reprints and orders.  You will also prepare materials for sales trips and Bookfairs, and prepare sales reports for meetings.  The role reports to the International Sales Manager.

The successful candidate for this role will need strong IT skills as well as be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.  Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
