Journals Marketing Executive, Academic, Oxford

An excellent opportunity has arisen in a leading, international and academic publisher, based in Oxfordshire for an experienced candidate to join their Journals team as a Marketing Executive.

 

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Planning, implementing and reporting on all marketing campaigns across all channels, particularly web based
  • Creating high impact and engaging copy
  • Maintaining and developing strong professional relationships with key Journals, Societies and Stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing annual budgets
  • Implementing and tracking social media marketing strategies
  • Researching and analysing competitors and competitor activity
  • Looking for new opportunities and trends

 

So we are looking for a real star for this role. Someone who can show huge amounts of creativity as well as being in the detail and excited by reporting on findings and coming up with solutions, strategies and new initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate does not necessarily need a background in publishing but solid experience in Marketing would be advantageous.
