Key Account Manager

Do you have subscription sales experience in academic publishing? Would you like to join the friendly team of an Open Access book and journal publisher? This is a great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to maximise new and renewal subscriptions. Based in London, this permanent role will offer flexible working.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maximising subscription renewals and recruitment of new subscribers
  • Deliver sales campaigns and monitor metrics
  • Negotiate deals with consortia and libraries
  • Communicate engaging narrative about product externally and act as brand ambassador

What you’ll have:

  • Subscription and consortia sales experience in academic publishing
  • Knowledge of Open Access publishing sales models and policy
  • Analytical mind, with the ability to deliver and take initiative
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, with a constructive and driven approach
