Licensing Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Licensing Manager to join a leading professional publisher based in London. Working within the Copyright & Licensing team, you will be in charge of increasing sales through their licensee and distributor networks worldwide.

 

Key duties:

  • Manage and build on key relationships with Licensees to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Negotiate with content providers and third party stakeholders
  • Identify, develop and manage new partner relationships
  • Work closely with colleagues in all areas and support the Sales teams in negotiations
  • Draft and oversee all contracts and licence agreements
  • Responsible for the direct line management of two team members

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven sales, business development and key account management experience
  • Experience in the area of copyright and licencing and a knowledge of copyright law within publishing
  • Contract drafting and licencing negotiation skills
  • Previous line management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive with a strong attention to detail
