Artworker - Children’s Books

Little Tiger Group is a busy, vibrant publisher of award-winning children’s fiction, picture, board and novelty books. We are looking for an artworker to join our team. Candidates must be proficient in InDesign/Photoshop and have at least 3 years’ experience within the design industry. Knowledge of PowerPoint would be desirable. You will be responsible for reformatting and supplying final cover and interior files to our US imprint. You will be working closely with the US Sales Director to provide sales material in a variety of formats and specifications, paying close attention to file categorisations, systems, and critical paths. Your role will include creating visually stimulating online adverts, social media posts and banners. Other tasks will involve designing leaflets, sales sheets, catalogue internals and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

You will be:

• a methodical, quick, and organised worker, happy to juggle a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
• a friendly and approachable team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• excellent at maintaining good housekeeping and file management, with good knowledge of print-ready file setup.
