Marketing Communications Executive
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to join a leading academic publisher in central London, working within their Open Access marketing team. You will develop and manage email marketing campaigns and ensure they are deployed on time and accurately analysed and reported on.
Key duties:
• Use Dreamweaver to create and implement high-quality and engaging email campaigns
• Manage email campaign schedule to ensure campaigns are executed on time
• Oversee from start to finish including copywriting, editing, HTML building, data briefing, deployment, and reporting
• Work with Marketing Managers and key stakeholders to define campaigns briefs
• Analyse and report on campaign metrics and test new approaches
• Monitor competitor activity, conduct list research and make recommendations
Experience / skills required:
• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns
• A keen eye for detail and design, skilled in getting the right message and aesthetics in campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging copy
• Strong Grammar/proof reading skills/high attention to detail
• Experience in HTML and familiarity with Dreamweaver would be a plus
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
