Marketing Executive, Education, South East

A successful educational publisher is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their busy team based in the South East of England. The role will mainly focus on the needs of the UK trade, consumer, schools and library markets but will you also require an awareness of the overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and implementing the annual marketing plans for the two key portfolios.
• Developing and producing the annual catalogues.
• Developing advance information sheets for new products.
• Liaising and coordinating with other departments, ensuring all marketing material is shared throughout the company.
• Providing administrative and marketing support ensuring the smooth running of the marketing process.

Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working in a marketing role, preferably in educational publishing. You will perform high quality work within deadlines, working independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees. A proven proactive approach to problem solving and first class communication skills is essential.
