Marketing Manager

A leading independent trade publisher in central London is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work on their education list within their children’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational publishing and have experience of marketing products to the UK education market.

 

Key duties:

  • Devise and implement marketing plans for key titles and series
  • Manage the marketing budget for the education list
  • Develop and service an online community for schools and educators
  • Work closely with sales colleagues to maximise exposure
  • Attend conferences and events when required

 

Experience / skills required

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally in educational or children’s publishing
  • Knowledge of the full print and digital marketing mix
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Good time management and project management skills
