Marketing Manager - Educational (contract)
This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a background in schools or ELT publishing to gain experience at a leading educational publisher. Based in beautiful offices in central London, this is a 9 month maternity cover contract.
Key duties:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns for the UK and international trade and institutional markets
- Implement regional marketing plans on time and to budget across the whole marketing mix
- Build brand awareness and develop and maintain segmented mailing lists
- Plan and project manage exhibitions, coordinate tours and attend conferences as required
- Work closely with editorial and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the market
- Support the sales team with ongoing lead generation
Experience / skills required:
- Established marketing experience in schools educational publishing
- Experience in ELT publishing would be highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge and interest in digital and social media marketing
- Experience of managing marketing schedules and budgets
- A proactive approach and the ability to act on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
