Marketing and Social Media Account Executive

A leading provider of bibliographic data is looking for an account executive to to develop and maintain their subscribing media client base and manage their social media. If you are a media savvy and analytical professional this could be a great opportunity for you.

 

Key duties:

  • Produce weekly media bestseller lists for both physical and digital books
  • Target new media client relationships and outlets
  • Engage with social media to reach out to existing and potential clients
  • Monitor and measure social media activity
  • Perform research and analysis tasks where needed
  • Liaise with marketing providing feedback for potential marketing strategies

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Solid understanding of UK and international media customers and climate
  • Understanding of book market and sales (print and digital)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Internet savvy with an excellent understanding of social media
  • Organised, resourceful self-starter with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships
