National Sales Manager, Education, South East

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to run a national sales team across the UK for a successful Education publisher based in the South East of England. You will be experienced in running a field sales team within the publishing industry and have the ability to build and upscale this team, to increase revenue for the direct sales channel.

We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge and contacts within the Library and Classroom markets. You will be managing a team of freelance reps but also have responsibility for recruiting, retaining and managing this team. Reporting into the Managing Director, you must have a good eye for detail, understanding of financials and numbers and be able to easily put reports together. You will set and agree targets and ensure that all representatives are well trained on products and systems to ensure that they are able to hit set targets.
