Office manager / Project manager

Do you want to join a young, creative company making beautiful photography books?

We are looking for an energetic, highly-organised team member to help manage the office and manage much of the day-to-day business at our East London indie publishing company. We need someone who not only loves books, art and East London (and wants to get into publishing) but who has a serious talent for admin with relevant experience of managing creative projects (direct experience in publishing is a bonus but not necessary).

Hoxton Mini Press publishes collectable books about East London and has had huge press and grown quickly - with a loyal following around the world. The growth has been exhilarating but not without organisational challenge and we need help to take the next step.

The Hoxton Mini Press team is currently the two of us with the occasional intern. This means you will be witness to all aspects of running the business, from design, production, branding, marketing, attending new title meetings, going to events, meeting artists, through to sales – something you could not enjoy in a larger company. The role will rely on your initiative and proactivity. We want you to make us a better company.

We are growing quickly so there will be a great opportunity to develop with the job and take on larger roles in the future.

Come join us.
